Welcome to the website of the Addiction Prevention Centre (APC-CQLD)!
The APC’s mission is to promote the fight against dependencies that affect the well being of the population – including addiction to alcohol, drugs and tobacco as well as other forms of dependencies such as gambling and cyberdependency – by focusing on educating organizations and the general public through different awareness-raising and intervention programs.
